RUN — Terms of Service

By playing RUN ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't play.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to play. By playing, you confirm you are.

2. The game & in-game "RUN"

RUN is a free game for entertainment. In-game "RUN" is points only — it has no cash or monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money or anything else. We may adjust, reset, or remove in-game points, features, or the game itself at any time.

3. Play safely (important)

• Stay aware of your surroundings. Do not play while driving.
• Obey all laws. Do not trespass, enter dangerous or restricted areas, or ignore private property.
• You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct while playing in the real world.

4. Fair play

Don't cheat, spoof your location, use bots, exploit bugs, or interfere with the game or other players. We may flag, limit, or remove accounts that do.

5. Your account & conduct

You're responsible for activity under your runner name. Don't harass other players, impersonate others, or post unlawful or abusive content.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the game, including anything that happens while you are out playing in the real world.

7. Changes & termination

We may change these terms or the game, or suspend or end access, at any time. Continued play means you accept the changes.
